General
OnSpot is a B2B SaaS platform that acts as the technical back office for digital agencies. We handle website maintenance, microtasks, and one-time deliverables for your client sites — with SLA-backed delivery and fixed monthly pricing.
OnSpot is designed for digital agencies (5–30 employees) that manage multiple client websites and need predictable capacity without hiring additional technical staff.
In MVP we focus on WordPress websites. Non-WordPress delivery is not supported in the current version.
Plans & Billing
Each client website you add to OnSpot is a "site seat" with its own plan. You can mix plans across sites — for example, a high-priority client site on Agency Priority and a simpler site on Agency Core.
Billing starts immediately when you add a payment method. We charge for the current month upfront, then auto-renew monthly.
Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle in the current MVP. No proration.
We send email reminders on days 1, 2, 3, 7, 10, 13, and 14. After day 7, new ticket creation is restricted. After day 14, workspace access is suspended until payment is updated.
Microtasks
A microtask is a predefined, standardized task designed to be completed within 30 minutes. Examples: text change, image swap, button style change, plugin update, cache clear, small layout tweak.
Go to Tickets > New Microtask. Select your site, pick a microtask from the catalog, fill in the structured template (desired outcome, constraints, acceptance criteria), and submit.
Every ticket has a review SLA (time until we approve or deny) and a delivery window (starts after approval and any required info is provided). The review SLA depends on your plan: 2h (Priority), 8h (Growth), 24h (Core).
We'll select a deny reason (out of scope, missing access, not supported) and optionally provide free-text details. Common suggestions: convert to a marketplace add-on or upgrade your plan.
Marketplace
Marketplace orders are one-time purchases for larger deliverables (landing pages, video edits) that don't fit within a 30-minute microtask. They have their own pricing, intake forms, and delivery timelines.
After purchase, our team reviews your order within 1 business day. If we need more information, we'll request it before the delivery timeline begins.
Yes. If you have a card on file, you can pay with one click. You can also add a new card at checkout.
